Walt: Ways to keep physically well
This week i'm going to list 10 things me and my family and friends do to keep physically well!
1) We make sure to keep hydrated at all times
2) We dance around a lot
3) Have races together
4) Play sports
6) Spend 60 minutes outside and running around
7) Get enough sleep (Sleep Early)
8) Eat healthy food
9) Go to the beach
10) We play with our neighbors animals (Cats & Dogs)
