Sam Gyup sal
This week we had to find out some information about a classic South Korean dish named Sam Gyup Sal. The english translation for Sam Gyup Sal is three layers of pork fat. I heard that this dish is really good, and by the looks of it I bet their telling the truth. So when I grow up I want to try Sam Gyup Sal.
